Veronicas in Las Americas re-modelling

Angel David Herrera the Arona Councillor for Tourism has met with hoteliers and local businessmen around the shopping centres of Veronicas and Starcos, In Las Americas to announce the start of work to refurbish and re-generate the areas that have been lift to become obsolete. The large walled area facing the Veronicas strip will be reduced to make a landscaped parking area. The road opposite Starco, and the tunnel entrance to Veronicas, which at present is in a deteriorated condition, will also be reformed, with the aim of offering a good image to tourists and residents passing through the area. The work is due to take only four months to complete.
